Your Responsibilities

Operation and monitoring of CNC-controlled machines (laser cutting system, press brake)
Setting up the machines according to the work plan and drawings
Carrying out tool changes and simple program corrections
Monitoring the production process and ensuring dimensional accuracy
Quality control of manufactured parts using measuring and testing equipment
Identifying and rectifying machine malfunctions
Maintenance, care, and cleaning of the machines
Collaboration with work preparation, quality assurance, and management

Your Profile

Experience operating CNC machines
Basic knowledge of CNC controls (e.g., Eckelmann, Heidenhain, Siemens)
Confident reading of technical drawings
Handling measuring and testing equipment (e.g., calipers)
Quality awareness and a careful approach to work
Technical understanding and manual dexterity
Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
Ability to work in a team and a strong sense of responsibility
Good German language skills, spoken and written
