We are a medium-sized company in steel and mechanical engineering, specializing in solutions for rail-bound passenger and freight transport. We manufacture components, develop special machinery, and assemble our products with our own personnel directly on construction sites.

Your Responsibilities

  • Operation and monitoring of CNC-controlled machines (laser cutting system, press brake)
  • Setting up the machines according to the work plan and drawings
  • Carrying out tool changes and simple program corrections
  • Monitoring the production process and ensuring dimensional accuracy
  • Quality control of manufactured parts using measuring and testing equipment
  • Identifying and rectifying machine malfunctions
  • Maintenance, care, and cleaning of the machines
  • Collaboration with work preparation, quality assurance, and management

Your Profile

  • Experience operating CNC machines
  • Basic knowledge of CNC controls (e.g., Eckelmann, Heidenhain, Siemens)
  • Confident reading of technical drawings
  • Handling measuring and testing equipment (e.g., calipers)
  • Quality awareness and a careful approach to work
  • Technical understanding and manual dexterity
  • Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good German language skills, spoken and written
