- Operation and monitoring of CNC-controlled machines (laser cutting system, press brake)
- Setting up the machines according to the work plan and drawings
- Carrying out tool changes and simple program corrections
- Monitoring the production process and ensuring dimensional accuracy
- Quality control of manufactured parts using measuring and testing equipment
- Identifying and rectifying machine malfunctions
- Maintenance, care, and cleaning of the machines
- Collaboration with work preparation, quality assurance, and management
Your Profile
- Experience operating CNC machines
- Basic knowledge of CNC controls (e.g., Eckelmann, Heidenhain, Siemens)
- Confident reading of technical drawings
- Handling measuring and testing equipment (e.g., calipers)
- Quality awareness and a careful approach to work
- Technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
- Ability to work in a team and a strong sense of responsibility
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
