Flexible machines, precise grouting
Special-purpose machinery for automated rail grouting
In rail grouting, uniform material distribution, exact dosing, and controlled installation determine the quality of the entire system. Our specially designed grouting machines enable continuous and reproducible rail grouting – regardless of track length or installation situation.
Through the precise coordination of conveyor technology, mixing systems, and application, various grouting materials can be processed efficiently. The result is a homogeneous rail support with high durability, reduced installation times, and minimized personnel requirements – a clear advantage, especially during tight track closures and on high-load routes.
VDM grouting machines are true all-rounders for processing epoxy, polyurethane, polysulfide, and hybrid materials – such as Corkelast ERS. Before a machine is built, we conduct extensive material tests and experimental setups to ensure optimal results for later use.
Material is supplied via 200-liter steel drums, while a dynamic mixing head pours the material precisely. The material mixture is produced under airtight conditions via a flexible hose package connected to the machine – for consistently high quality.
VDM grouting machines are built modularly and can be transported on various carrier systems – whether by truck, van, or rail chassis. Steel construction, control cabinet construction, electrical control, and programming are carried out entirely in-house in Hagen im Bremischen, so that every machine is perfectly tailored to customer requirements.
Thus, VDM grouting machines combine flexibility, precision, and performance in a compact, portable system.

Precise joint processing with specialized technology
Rail joints place special demands on material processing and installation accuracy. Our special-purpose machines for automated rail joint grouting are designed specifically for these sensitive areas and enable defined material quality across the entire joint area.
Automated processes and precisely controlled parameters create permanently resilient connections that reliably absorb movements and extend the service life of the track system. The machines can be flexibly integrated into a wide variety of construction sequences – and ensure consistent results, regardless of external influences.
Flexible, compact, powerful
Crawler undercarriages for dosing machines
We also offer the matching crawler undercarriages for our VDP dosing machines.
The system is based on a robust crawler track and is designed for our machines with a total weight of up to 8.0 tons. It ensures reliable traction and high stability even under demanding operating conditions. Depending on the area of application, the undercarriage can be equipped with either white or black rubber tracks, allowing the machine to be optimally adapted to different surfaces and requirements.
A special feature of the system is its extremely compact design: the diesel engine, generator, and hydraulic unit are combined in a very small space and are optimally coordinated. This results in a powerful, space-saving unit that is particularly suitable for applications where efficiency and compact dimensions are required.
