We optimally prepare the finished rails for transport and installation – services that we are happy to offer you from a single source.
Mobile rail processing
When flexibility is required, we come to you. Using powerful mobile technology, we process rails directly at the construction site – in mobile operations, we exclusively offer sandblasting – efficiently, precisely, and coordinated with tight time windows. This reduces transport effort and shortens possession periods. Our mobile teams ensure quality and safety at all times – even under demanding conditions.

At VDP, rail processing does not end with the final step at the machine. We think the entire process through – from preparation and processing to the ready-to-install solution at the construction site. Upon request, we also handle the professional installation of rails and track support plates.
