With our on-site services, we close the gap between planning, production, and implementation. Already in the preparation phase, we support you with assessing the construction site situation, planning suitable processes, and coordinating with all involved parties. However, we not only support your project from the factory but also ensure professional and efficient implementation on the track with experienced teams and specialized machinery.

Efficient in Tight Timeframes
Installation, Renovation, and Rail Replacement
Our construction site teams handle central tasks in track construction and ensure a safe and timely execution. Upon request, we carry out the installation of steel troughs and rails directly on-site – including the components we produce. The installation is carried out in combination with the production of our own steel troughs. The result: optimally coordinated systems, reduced interfaces, and efficient construction operations.
We professionally renovate worn or damaged track systems – including removal and environmentally sound disposal of old materials. For particularly high time efficiency, we use the ERS rail replacement system, which allows rails to be exchanged quickly and economically with minimal track closure times.
Systematic Reconstruction
Reconstruction of Level Crossings
For the reconstruction of level crossings, we reliably handle all necessary work steps, coordinated with the respective construction site conditions. Existing rails are removed, professionally blasted, and then reinstalled. Finally, the transition areas are grouted, creating a permanently stable and safe solution.
Machine Grouting for Durable Track Systems
Controlled Component Networking
Whether rigid underfill materials or elastic grouting compounds – our machine grouting meets the highest demands of modern track constructions. Two variants are used: trough underfill for grouting steel troughs and rail grouting.
Through continuous, controlled installation, you save time and personnel costs and achieve consistent, reproducible quality. Our specially developed machines are precisely matched to materials, installation situations, and construction processes. Many systems are developed and manufactured in-house – an advantage that few providers can offer.
Insights into Practice
75 Meters in 72 Hours
We illustrate what our on-site services look like in practice with the example of a level crossing in Cologne: Within a weekend closure period of 72 hours, old rails were removed and replaced with new rails using an ERS full grouting system – an efficient result under high time pressure.
