Location: Hagen im Bremischen and construction sites in the DACH region (Germany/Austria/Switzerland)
Working hours: Full-time/part-time

We are a medium-sized company in steel and mechanical engineering, specialising in solutions for rail-based passenger and freight transport. We manufacture components, develop special-purpose machines, and install our products on site at construction projects with our own staff.

Your responsibilities

Carrying out incoming goods inspections of supplier parts
Monitoring and ensuring quality standards in the production and service process (e.g., steel troughs, precast concrete components, etc.)
Carrying out quality checks and visual inspections in accordance with defined inspection criteria
Documenting inspection results and deviations
Identifying, reporting, and tracking quality defects
Initiating and monitoring corrective and preventive actions
Close collaboration with Production, Engineering, and Management
Supporting internal audits and quality inspections
Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes
Training and raising employees’ awareness on quality matters

Your profile

Experience in quality monitoring and/or quality control
Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is desirable
Confident handling of inspection and measuring equipment
Good observational skills and a strong awareness of quality
Structured, careful, and independent working style
Assertiveness and a strong sense of responsibility
Teamwork skills and strong communication skills
Basic knowledge of documentation and working with IT systems
Good German language skills, both written and spoken
Friendly and customer-oriented manner
